If a program is not held for any reason, The Conference Hub’s liability is limited to providing a credit memo of the equivalent value of the registration fee paid.
If The Conference Hub postpones or reschedules an event, your registration will automatically roll over to the new date. If an event is cancelled for any reason, a credit memo will be immediately issued to use up to 12 months after the notification of event cancellation to attend another program of the registrant’s choice. The credit memo is transferable to a colleague and may be used for any Conference Hub event. Refund requests for cancelled events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
